Going Visiting
I love visiting. I went to Champaign to visit Jenny. I had a lot of fun driving down there. Just me, a huge bag of jolly ranchers, a blueberry slushy, and an open road.
We had lots of fun. I got to meet Ideal Man, aka, Hot Hermann. He scared me every time I walked into the living room. I'm just not used to seeing a "guy" hanging up on the wall. Jenny and I went to Walmart at 10:30 at night in our pajamas to buy material to make curtains for the kitchen. We made some really cute red and white checked curtains with a few simple materials: stitch witch, an iron, eyelets, and a hammer. Believe it or not, they actually look really cute!
Marshall Heinold had a Bible study Tuesday night and something he said has really stuck with me.
"When God opens a door, go through it. And if God shuts the door, don't kick it down.
Wait for God to open it again."

2 Corinthians 2:12-17
I think this is a passage that rarely gets used when talking about open doors, but it has profound implications on how you view "open doors".
And then contrast that scripture with this: 1 Corinthians 16:5-9
